1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SIGEONAS (Sistem Informasi Geoteknik Nasional) platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Account Registration and Security
Access to certain features on SIGEONAS requires user account registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Notify company administrators or our technical team immediately if you detect unauthorized account activity.
3. Upload Rights and Data Licensing
When you upload soil investigation points and geotechnical data files to SIGEONAS, you warrant that you have legal rights to upload such data. You grant SIGEONAS a non-exclusive license to process, visualize coordinate markers publicly on the map, and store raw/processed geotechnical data files for operational platform purposes and institutional needs.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Upload false or misleading coordinate information that may compromise the national geotechnical reference database.
- Use automated programs (crawlers, scrapers, bots) to extract bulk data without prior written authorization from SIGEONAS.
- Share or publish geotechnical data files belonging to other institutions obtained without authorization.
5. Geotechnical & Engineering Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The SIGEONAS platform is intended solely as a secondary geotechnical reference database and soil investigation site archive. Location markers and visualization profiles displayed on this platform MUST NOT be used as a substitute for comprehensive on-site ground investigations, accredited laboratory testing, and professional geotechnical engineering analysis for structural design.
Any civil engineering or construction decisions made based on data from this platform are solely the risk and responsibility of the respective planner or licensed engineer.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through amicable consensus or through the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.
